Position Details

• Type: Contract
• Compensation: $75–$83/hour
• Location: Remote
• Commitment: 20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Author and review technical tasks to evaluate AI model performance on computer science problems.
• Produce original problem sets using architecture diagrams, data structure visualizations, and algorithm traces.
• Write reference solutions and apply structured quality checks to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance task quality and throughput.
• Work independently and asynchronously with a flexible schedule to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• PhD in Computer Science, or MS in CS with 3+ years engineering, research, or teaching experience, or BS in CS with 5+ years software engineering, systems, or applied CS practice.
• Working fluency in at least two of: algorithms, systems, databases, networks, theory of computation.
• Comfortable with architecture diagrams, data structure visualizations, and algorithm traces.
• Clear technical writing; able to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form.
