We’re looking for a Technical Writer for our product user guide to create clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation for a fast-growing B2B SaaS construction-tech company. This role is perfect for someone who can take complex product features and turn them into simple, intuitive guidance for non-technical users.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where your work will directly impact how customers understand and use the product.
This is an individual contractor role, we will only consider Individual Freelancers NO AGENCIES.

Our fully web-based platform enables construction teams to create dynamic 3D site logistics models and 4D simulations, allowing construction companies to build their projects in the digital world before breaking ground in the real one — enabling smarter decisions, smoother execution, and more wins.
What You’ll Work On
- Writing and editing step-by-step guides, how-to articles, and feature overviews for a non-technical audience
- Organizing documentation so it’s easy to navigate, structured, and searchable
- Collaborating with internal teams to understand product features and translate them into clear, helpful language
- Updating and improving documentation as the product evolves
- Ensuring consistency in tone, structure, and formatting across all content
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing, content writing, or a related field
- Strong writing skills — clear, concise, and user-focused
- Ability to learn software quickly and explain it in simple terms
- Strong attention to detail — able to catch inconsistencies, unclear steps, and formatting issues before they reach users
- Comfortable working independently and asking the right questions
Nice to have
- Experience with Zendesk, Notion, or similar documentation tools
- Familiarity with SaaS or construction tech is a bonus, but not required
