I’m seeking a proposal writer with budgeting experience who can help transform a recorded planning conversation about a proposed greenhouse and sensory garden at a Nature Center into a clear, structured document and cost plan for Parks & Planning.

The work would include:

Responsibilities

• Reviewing a voice-dialogue transcript from our greenhouse planning meeting
• Extracting and organizing the key points (design, plant selections, timelines, staffing, and training components)
• Working with me to develop an itemized project cost plan that reflects the services I would provide (design, implementation support, and staff training)
• Producing a polished, presentation-ready proposal suitable for submission to Parks & Planning
