Role
This position is remote and reports to the Senior Director of Sales
The Technical Writer / Contract Administrator will author, proofread and edit content, check drafts for consistency, clarity, relevance, and persuasiveness of the material. In addition, the Technical Writer / Contract Administrator will ensure content is well-written, accurate and compliant with the requirements of each solicitation and see the entire process through from request to delivery. The Technical Writer / Contract Administrator will also serve as backup for government and channel partner contract management as well as ensure accuracy and compliance in the development and maintenance of contracts.
Requirements
Formal Education, Licenses, and Certifications Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Type and Length of Specific Experience Required:
- Minimum of five (5) of experience writing sales collateral, email campaigns, and presentations
- Minimum of one (1) year of contract experience
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Proficient in MSOffice (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point) and Google platform
- Must have excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong oral and written communication
- Ability to work with firm deadlines
- Ability to meet tight deadlines for high-volume contract department
- Ability to multitask contracts/RFPs
- Ability to initiate fact finding to resolve issues, escalate as needed
- Detail-oriented
- Proficient organizational skills
