The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Writing Lead to join our team in Zurich. This role is crucial for ensuring clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for our clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical writing team, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, and internal process documents.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Establish and enforce documentation standards and best practices.
• Manage documentation projects from inception to completion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.
• Demonstrated experience in the financial or cryptocurrency industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in documentation tools and technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with API documentation is a plus.
