Responsibilities

• Preparation and instrumentation of vehicles for test activities
• Technical setup and configuration of vehicles for test purposes and support of the customer with test preparation and vehicle setup
• Conducting road tests, including the use of data acquisition systems and identification of potential issues
• Collaboration with the test engineer (responsible for vehicle tests) in conducting and evaluating tests
• Active participation in the activities of the road test department
• Collaboration with the vehicle test team in managing vehicles and equipment for test activities
• Support of the test procedures to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to procedures

Requirements

• Technical knowledge in the field of mechanics and automotive engineering
• Completed technical training or comparable qualification (preferably in mechanical engineering)
• Initial professional experience in the field of road tests or validation of automotive components
• Good English language skills
• Strong practical skills in handling vehicle instrumentation and test equipment
• Problem-solving oriented mindset, experimental approach, and teamwork skills
• High enthusiasm for cars and driving
• Valid driver's license (C1 for light commercial vehicles is an advantage)
• Experience in driving on test sites and test tracks
• Willingness for frequent national and international business trips for testing and customer support
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural or cross-border environments
