Responsibilities

• Participation in the realization of projects, from the initial idea to series production
• Coordination between internal teams, external partners, and international locations
• Central point of contact for customers throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Clarification and coordination of technical requirements and framework conditions
• Monitoring of project costs and adherence to defined budgets
• Creation and updating of relevant project documents (e.g., specifications, schedules, reviews)
• Ensuring on-time implementation through coordination with local production sites

Profile

• Technical basic training as a polymechanic, constructor EFZ, or similar
• Further education at HF level in business processes, mechanical engineering, or a business administration further education as a technical businessman or similar is not mandatory but advantageous
• Experience in an industrial environment, ideally in the development or manufacturing of consumer goods
• Strong understanding of economic contexts and customer-oriented action
• German as a native language and very good English skills (at least level B2)
• Routine in using MS Office and ERP systems
• Familiarity with digital tools for collaboration and communication
• Confident demeanor, organizational skills, and teamwork ability
• Willingness for occasional travel and a structured and independent way of working
