About the role

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for deriving and documenting customer requirements for the integration of advanced power plants and energy systems into the company's Energy Management Platform.
  • You will take on the role of Product Owner in a Scrum environment and work closely with development teams to implement customer solutions.
  • You will manage the technical integration and onboarding of new customer plants, especially complex power plants and municipal energy systems.
  • You will coordinate interfaces with operators and control manufacturers.
  • You will map customer plants as digital twins in the company's Energy Management Software.
  • You will monitor plant operation and assess portfolio risks.
  • You will deliver solutions to customers, conduct training, and ensure a smooth handover and ongoing support.
  • You will identify and realize optimization potential, for example through simulations, load management, and schedule optimization.
  • You will act as a technical point of contact for customers and as an interface to sales, partners, and internal teams.

Profile

  • You have a completed degree or a comparable qualification in automation engineering, electrical engineering, energy technology, mechanical engineering, or a similar field.
  • You have experience as a Product Owner in a Scrum environment.
  • You possess sound knowledge in the integration of IT interfaces such as APIs, data protocols, and IoT communication, as well as in control and automation technology.
  • You have experience with energy management systems, power plants, and in the energy sector.
  • You have demonstrable experience as a technical project manager, ideally in the field of large-scale or technically complex energy plants.
  • You are able to lead customer workshops, document requirements, and develop advanced solutions together with development teams.
  • You have experience in portfolio and performance management.
  • You are characterized by strong communication skills, initiative, analytical thinking, and a structured way of working.
  • You have native-level German language skills, both written and spoken.
