In dieser Rolle agieren Sie als entscheidendes Bindeglied zwischen Vertrieb, Technik und den B2B-Kunden, um die Energiewende vor Ort Realität werden zu lassen.

• Start: 01.05.2026
• End: 30.09.2026 (with option for extension)
• Utilization: Fulltime (approx. 80 PT total)
• Location: Primarily Remote (90%), onboarding in Regensburg, occasional customer appointments (10%)
• Contract Type: Contracting

Project Description

In this project, you will be responsible for the entire implementation process of energy portals and monitoring solutions for municipalities and business customers:

• End-to-End Project Management: Taking over customer projects from the sales process to final handover to operations/billing.
• Technical Coordination: Managing the connection of technical interfaces (e.g., Modbus, LoRaWAN) and integration of sensors into the customer infrastructure.
• Stakeholder Management: Central point of contact between end customers, internal experts, and external service providers (e.g., installation companies).
• Project Monitoring: Parallel management of several short-term projects (duration usually a few weeks) including deadline monitoring and prioritization.
• Process Optimization: Further development and documentation of rollout processes, as well as creation of offers for additional technical services.

Skills

We are looking for a professional with a "hands-on" mentality and technical expertise:

• Several years of project management experience in a B2B environment, ideally in the areas of energy, metering, or building automation.
• Technical Know-how: Sound understanding of MSR technology (measurement, control, and regulation technology) and common communication protocols (Modbus, LoRaWAN, etc.).
• Strong Organizational Skills: Proven ability to successfully complete a multitude of parallel projects in a dynamic environment in a structured manner.
• Communication: Confident demeanor with business customers and the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly.
• Languages: Native-level German (C2) is essential due to intensive communication with regional municipalities and service providers.
