Responsibilities

• Developmental creation and continuous updating of technical documentation and information documents, including manufacturing instructions, operating manuals, and data sheets for the qualification and certification of products in the field of functional safety.
• Creation, monitoring, and maintenance of content in SCHEMA ST4.
• Support with risk assessment and consultation in the area of applicable standards and technical regulations.
• Coordination with internal specialist departments to ensure complete, standards-compliant, and user-friendly documentation.
• Support with translations and the provision of documentation for international markets.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in Technical Editing, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a comparable qualification.
• Knowledge of relevant standards and legal requirements for the creation of technical documentation is desirable.
• Ideally, experience with Safexpert and a content management system (e.g., SCHEMA ST4).
• Distinct analytical and conceptual skills.
• High affinity for technical topics and complex interrelationships, combined with the ability to present technical content in a target-group-oriented and understandable manner.
• Team player with a strong quality awareness and enjoyment of independent and joint further development of topics.
• Very good German language skills (at least C2 level or native speaker) and good English language skills (at least B2 level) in speaking and writing.
