About the role

Independent creation and maintenance of English-language instructions for use (e.g., Instructions for Use, Method Sheets, Short Method Sheets, and technical Notes)
Collection, coordination, and structured preparation of relevant information from various specialist departments, taking into account regulatory requirements, technical specifications, and internal guidelines
Organization and control of review and release processes, including coordination with all involved stakeholders, up to the final master documentation
Support and updating of the product portfolio in the event of changes, as well as implementation of complex adjustments according to change management processes
Ensuring norm and IVD-compliant documentation in accordance with internal quality and compliance requirements
Support with scheduling and monitoring of documentation projects in collaboration with product management, launch management, and other interfaces

Eigenständige Erstellung und Pflege von englischsprachigen Gebrauchsanweisungen (z. B. Instructions for Use, Method Sheets, Short Method Sheets sowie technische Notes)
Sammlung, Abstimmung und strukturierte Aufbereitung relevanter Informationen aus verschiedenen Fachbereichen unter Berücksichtigung regulatorischer Anforderungen, technischer Spezifikationen und interner Richtlinien
Organisation und Steuerung von Review- und Freigabeprozessen inklusive Abstimmung mit allen beteiligten Stakeholdern bis zur finalen Masterdokumentation
Betreuung und Aktualisierung des Produktportfolios im Zuge von Änderungen sowie Umsetzung komplexer Anpassungen gemäß Change-Management-Prozessen
Gewährleistung einer norm- und IVD-konformen Dokumentation entsprechend interner Qualitäts- und Compliance-Vorgaben
Unterstützung bei der Terminplanung und -überwachung von Dokumentationsprojekten in Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Launch-Management und weiteren Schnittstellen
