Sie haben Ihre Promotion erfolgreich abgeschlossen und möchten Ihre wissenschaftliche Expertise nun gezielt in der Industrie einsetzen? In dieser Position bringen Sie Ihr naturwissenschaftliches Fundament direkt zur Anwendung – an der Schnittstelle von Wissenschaft, Technik und Markt.

Sie begleiten industrielle Kunden bei der Auswahl, Prüfung und optimalen Anwendung unserer bioziden Produkte, unterstützen aktiv den Vertrieb und tragen wesentlich zur erfolgreichen Positionierung unserer Lösungen im Markt bei. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit Vertrieb, F&E, Marketing und Regulatory Affairs zusammen und steuern technische Projekte von der ersten Kundenanfrage bis zur finalen Umsetzung.

Your Contribution to Our Shared Success:

• Technical consultation for national and international customers on the use of industrial biocides in technical products and applications – you are the central point of contact for technical inquiries.
• Handling technical and scientific questions and developing individual application solutions together with the customer.
• Technical and application-specific support for sales and key account management, e.g., for customer presentations, product selection, and project evaluations.
• Planning, coordination, and documentation of technical service, development, and customer projects.
• Management and coordination of microbiological and chemical-physical laboratory tests.
• Close collaboration with internal interfaces, e.g., R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs.

What You Bring:

• Completed doctorate in a natural science discipline, e.g., biology, biochemistry, microbiology, chemistry, or comparable.
• Very good knowledge of microbiology, as well as sound knowledge of organic and inorganic chemistry.
• Enjoyment of customer-oriented work and explaining complex scientific contexts to different target groups.
• Structured, independent way of working and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team-oriented way of working.
• Willingness to travel on business.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
