As a Technology Business Analyst, you will be integral in enhancing our financial and operational reporting within a large-scale IT services environment. This position is perfect for an early-career analyst eager to dive into data analysis, collaborate with diverse teams, and support decision-making through insightful analyses. You will be instrumental in refining internal processes while gaining valuable experience in pricing, sales operations, and business analytics in a dynamic B2B setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage financial and operational reports with Excel.
• Utilize Power BI and MS Access for data management, query building, and table maintenance.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, presenting key findings to drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Pricing, Finance, and Sales teams to gather requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Support pricing strategies by collecting data, validating inputs, and ensuring accuracy across systems.
• Provide insights into pricing trends, quote activity, profit margins, and overall business performance.
• Assist in documenting and streamlining processes related to pricing requests, approvals, and order flows.
• Troubleshoot Excel-based reports and other business applications.
• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional partners through Microsoft Outlook and Teams.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience or internship in Sales Operations, Pricing, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Excel and experienced with data, reports, and dashboards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
• Solid communication abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with pricing analysis, quote support, reporting, or sales data management.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and basic data analysis.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or reporting tools like Salesforce, Power BI, or MS Access.
• Strong business acumen regarding pricing decisions and their impact on margins and revenue.
• Experience in a cross-functional, high-volume business setting.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on process improvement and data governance.
