About Us

We're working with a growing UK-based recruitment business looking to hire an experienced Delivery Consultant to support on retained search projects within the software engineering space.

This is a fully remote opportunity, working US hours, where you'll partner closely with an experienced founder and play a key role in delivering high-quality candidates into complex, senior-level roles.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing the delivery side of the recruitment process, focusing on sourcing, engaging, and qualifying top-tier software engineering talent. This role is heavily geared towards retained work, so quality, process, and attention to detail are critical.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery on software engineering roles
• Sourcing and engaging senior and niche technical talent
• Conducting in-depth candidate screening and qualification
• Managing candidate pipelines with a high level of organisation and accuracy
• Working closely with the founder to ensure seamless delivery against client expectations
• Maintaining detailed notes, reports, and updates throughout the process

What We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years' experience in recruitment, with a focus on software engineering or tech roles
• Proven experience engaging with senior and high-level stakeholders/candidates
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Comfortable working in a delivery-focused, retained environment
• Excellent communication skills and a professional approach
