As we scale into 2026, we are looking for a smart, structured, and product-minded professional to bring our technology execution to life. About the Role
The Technology Product & Project Manager will play a mission-critical role - leading product development for Usawa, driving implementation of e-invoicing projects with businesses and government entities, and managing other technology initiatives across the organization.
This role is perfect for someone who thinks in systems, communicates clearly, and executes with intensity. Key Responsibilities
Product Management (Usawa Suite)
• Translate user needs into product requirements, features, and sprints • Work closely with engineers to deliver product releases on time • Manage product backlog, QA testing, user feedback, and documentation • Track adoption, usage, and customer success metrics
Project Management
• Lead cloud solution implementation projects from kickoff to go-live • Develop project plans, timelines, and risk logs • Manage cross-functional teams and external partners • Ensure quality delivery and client satisfaction
Stakeholder Management
• Work with SMEs, tax authorities, and enterprise clients on integrations • Handle communication and reporting between business and technical teams • Conduct demos, onboarding sessions, and training where needed
Commercial & Growth Support
• Support proposal drafting and pricing for tech projects • Identify monetizable product opportunities and market trends
Requirements What You Bring
Experience & Skills Requirement Level 3-5+ years in tech product or PM roles Required Strong understanding of SaaS, APIs, and cloud architectures Required Excellent communication & documentation skills Required Familiarity with agile product workflows (Jira, Trello, ClickUp etc.) Required Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with clarity Required Experience in accounting, fintech, or compliance platforms Advantage Understanding of e-invoicing / GovTech integrations Strong advantage
