We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support a new client with a focus on hiring in Berlin for a high-growth scale-up.
This is a role requiring at least 4 days a week onsite.
You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast, with a main focus across technology business units. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for the client.
Ideally, you will have had specific experience in hiring machine learning engineers who are building something globally.

What You’ll Do:
- Own end-to-end hiring across several key business areas
- Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions
- Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers
- Source top talent through creative and strategic methods
- Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
- Drive continuous improvement in how we hire
- Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 months

- Demonstrable full-cycle recruitment experience
- Proven experience hiring across technical verticals
- Confident working independently and managing stakeholders
- Hands-on sourcing experience across passive and active talent pools

Salary
EUR 45000 - 65000 per year
