About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Technology Sales Executive(Diversity Female ) to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for technology-driven solutions, and a desire to build a successful career in sales. The Sales Executive will support senior sales leaders in driving revenue growth, developing new client opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and prospecting new business opportunities across target markets.
- Support senior sales managers in client presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline and CRM system with accurate information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (delivery, presales, marketing) to support client requirements.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales support and lead-generation targets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (internship/entry-level experience acceptable).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Basic understanding of IT services, digital transformation, or telecom solutions is an advantage.
