Role Summary The Telecom OSS/BSS E2E Solution Designer is responsible for defining, designing, and governing end‑to‑end OSS/BSS solutions that support telecom business capabilities across the full customer and service lifecycle. This role bridges business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring scalable, compliant, and future‑ready architectures aligned to telecom industry standards.

Key Responsibilities • Design end‑to‑end OSS/BSS solutions covering the full lifecycle: • Product design & catalog • Sales & CRM • Order capture & orchestration • Service provisioning & activation • Billing, charging & invoicing • Assurance, billing mediation, and revenue management • Translate business, regulatory, and operational requirements into solution architectures • Define logical and physical architectures across OSS, BSS, and adjacent systems • Own solution blueprints, integration patterns, and data flows • Drive system integration design using APIs, events, and middleware • Ensure alignment with TM Forum standards (SID, eTOM, Open APIs) • Conduct impact analysis for new products, transformations, or migrations • Support RFP responses, estimates, and solution presentations • Collaborate with: • Product, commercial, and operations teams • Enterprise architects and security teams • Delivery, testing, and DevOps teams • Provide design governance through delivery (HLD/LLD reviews) • Support UAT, go‑live readiness, and hypercare from a design perspective

Required Skills & Experience • 8+ years of experience in Telecom OSS/BSS solution design or architecture • Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end telecom solutions • Strong understanding of telecom business processes and lifecycles • Hands‑on experience with COTS OSS/BSS platforms, such as: • Amdocs, CSG, Netcracker, Ericsson, Oracle, Huawei (any one or more) • Strong knowledge of: • Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) and Lead‑to‑Order (L2O) processes • Integration patterns: REST APIs, events, ESB, Kafka • Experience working in Agile / SAFe and waterfall delivery models • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Architecture & Technical Skills • Telecom reference architectures and decoupled BSS/OSS models • API‑led and microservices‑based integrations • Event‑driven and asynchronous architectures • Cloud‑native, hybrid, and on‑prem deployments • Data models, canonical models, and master data strategy • Non‑functional requirements: • Performance • Scalability • High availability • Security & compliance

Education • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field • Architecture or Telecom certifications are a plus
