Telecom Project Manager (French & English )

Responsibilities

• Project Management - Plan, execute, and deliver telecom network projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Stakeholder Coordination - Act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking clients and vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Network Deployment - Oversee installation, configuration, and optimization of telecom networks (e.g., fiber, wireless, IPMPLS).
• Risk Issue Management - Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly
• Documentation - Prepare project plans, progress reports, and technical documentation in French and English.
• Compliance - Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Team Leadership - Manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Fluent in French (written and spoken) and English.
• 5 years in telecom project management, preferably in network deployment or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of telecom technologies (Fiber Optics, IP Networking, Wireless, VoIP).
• Certifications PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project management software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
