Role Description
This is a remote role for a Telephony Avaya Aura Engineer responsible for upgrading the Avaya Aura platform from 10.2 to 10.2. The role is based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, with both on-site and remote work options. Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining the Avaya Aura system, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting telephony and VoIP systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication services migration and operations.
Qualifications
- Expertise in IVR and Telephony systems
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
- Experience with Voice over IP (VoIP) technologies
- Proven ability to work within a hybrid work environment and adapt to both remote and on-site work requirements
- Proficiency with Avaya Aura system configurations and upgrades
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Relevant certifications in telecommunication platforms, particularly Avaya, are a strong asset
