About the role

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Sales or Marketing Diploma (or related qualification)
  • 12–18 months Telesales - Team Manager experience
  • Knowledge of POS (Point‑of‑Sale) devices will be an advantage. Candidates must be able to sell the device, explain its features, and handle customer objections (Your skills will be tested)
  • Must have own reliable vehicle (Extensive Travel Required)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Clear ITC & Criminal Record (Verifications will be done)

Please note: This position requires proven telesales experience. Candidates with only in‑store floor sales or debt‑collection experience will not be shortlisted

Duties

  • Manage and lead a team of Telesales agents
  • Monitor team performance and sales targets
  • Train, coach, and support staff
  • Drive sales growth and ensure targets are met
