About the role
Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Remote Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of roles, including licensed instructors, mental health counselors, case managers, and other youth-focused positions. This role requires a high level of ownership, strong sourcing capability, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-ATS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through onboarding
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
- Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to assess qualifications and fit
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Maintain accurate records and activity within ATS platforms
- Track and improve recruiting metrics, reporting, and process efficiency
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and hiring demands
Tools & Systems
- Primary ATS: SmartRecruiters
- Additional systems may include: ADP Recruiting, Paycor Recruiting
- Experience working across multiple ATS platforms is required
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or high-volume environment
- Proven success recruiting for specialized and professional roles
- Strong proficiency with ATS systems and recruiting technologies
- Solid understanding of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving ability with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment

- Ability to manage multiple requisitions across different systems simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail, especially in candidate screening and documentation
