A high-growth, PE-backed EV charging infrastructure business that develops, owns, and operates fleet charging solutions across the U.S. Think mission-driven energy transition meets real asset infrastructure — building the backbone of commercial fleet electrification at scale.

Engagement Details

• Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
• Location: Arlington, VA (Hybrid — min. 3 days/week in office)
• Duration: Through January 2027 (covering a parental leave — this is not a contract-to-hire opportunity)
• Reports to: CFO

Industry & Experience Requirements

• 7+ years in FP&A
• Recent experience ideally within EV/energy infrastructure or other relevant capital-intensive infrastructure industries (Adjacent experience considered: data center infrastructure, grid/utility, renewables, or real estate development)
• Must be able to be in office in Arlington, VA

Key Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning across a portfolio of infrastructure assets
• Build and maintain project-level financial models including site-level returns, IRR, and debt coverage metrics
• Support capital allocation decisions and investment analysis across a growing development pipeline
• Partner cross-functionally with accounting and corporate development teams
• Assist with investor/LP reporting and board-level financial packages
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making at the CFO level

This is a plug-and-play role for a senior finance professional who can operate independently from day one.
