About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage architecture and design projects for retail and hospitality shops in the APAC region.
  • Produce schematic and development drawings for multiple brands efficiently.
  • Maintain project schedules and files for a high volume of projects.
  • Exhibit high proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and presentation tools from Adobe Suite.
  • Coordinate communication for design presentations with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
  • 5-7 years of experience in retail design or high-end/custom residential architecture.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2021 and SketchUp 3D modeling with Enscape rendering.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop.
  • Ability to understand and redline construction document sets.
