Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with Uber VMP leads via email and phone to facilitate their conversion into applicants.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment across a substantial number of candidates in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
  • Organize hiring events and job fairs to enhance candidate attraction and reach hiring goals.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience while articulating the company’s culture and career opportunities.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of requisition activities and candidate details in the applicant tracking system.
  • Perform candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and support offer processes, ensuring adherence to hiring policies.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within high-volume or operational hiring settings.
  • Proven track record in creating and executing strategic sourcing initiatives.
