Overview

The Temporary Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is vital for implementing effective talent strategies and achieving exceptional hiring results. This role focuses on high-volume recruiting initiatives aimed at attracting, engaging, and onboarding outstanding candidates. A successful specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, creating forward-thinking sourcing strategies and establishing robust talent pipelines. This position balances the urgency of hiring with maintaining quality and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Compensation for this role is set at $65,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Uber VMP leads via email and phone to facilitate their conversion into applicants.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment across a substantial number of candidates in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
• Organize hiring events and job fairs to enhance candidate attraction and reach hiring goals.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience while articulating the company’s culture and career opportunities.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of requisition activities and candidate details in the applicant tracking system.
• Perform candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and support offer processes, ensuring adherence to hiring policies.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within high-volume or operational hiring settings.
• Proven track record in creating and executing strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Experience conducting hiring events or large-scale recruitment drives.
• Exceptional ability to juggle competing priorities and manage a high volume of requisitions while upholding quality standards.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with digital recruiting platforms or applicant tracking systems.
