For an innovative project at UNISCOLA in Herrenberg, we are looking for an Interactive Media Developer for an initial period of 10 months. You will develop highly interactive learning media and applications that actively engage learners. Responsibilities

  • You develop interactive web applications for learning purposes.
  • You program complex interactions and animations with JavaScript.
  • You create interactive simulations and virtual labs.
  • You develop game-based learning elements and serious games.
  • You implement drag-and-drop functionalities and touch interactions.
  • You program data-driven visualizations and dashboards.

Requirements

  • You have experience with Canvas, WebGL, or SVG for interactive graphics.
  • You are familiar with game engines like Phaser or Three.js.
  • You have an understanding of UX and Accessibility.
  • You work with version control (Git) and agile methods.
  • You have good English skills.
  • You are technically savvy and interested in new web technologies.
  • You work precisely and write clean, maintainable code.
  • You think creatively and develop innovative interaction concepts.

Working Hours

  • Full-time: 40 hours per week for the project duration (10 months).
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with flexible working hours.
  • Home office possibility after successful onboarding (2-3 days/week).
  • Project phases may require flexible working hours.
  • Possibility of extension or permanent employment.
