Role Details

Title: Tenant Improvement Project Manager

Salary: $83,318 - $90,034 per year (pay range explained below)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 8am- 4pm Mon- Fri (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)

Location: Metro Vancouver located on the unceded traditional territories of the x?m??k??y??m (Musqueam), S?wx_wú7mesh (Squamish), and s?lilw?ta? (Tsleil‑Waututh) Nations (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy).

Bargaining Unit: PSAC Local 22000 (Public Service Alliance of Canada)

About the role

As the Tenant Improvement Project Manager you will plan, develop and implement the accommodations (space planning for offices, health centers, and residences) programs. Applies specialized expertise in the delivery of related services and advice to FNHA, both locally and throughout BC. Includes leading projects of varied scope and overseeing the work of consultants and contractors in the achievement of deliverables.

About you

Education

  • Bachelor’s or associate degree in any planning or engineering discipline plus four (4) years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Building Trades Certification is an Asset.

Experience

  • 4 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Building Trades experience a definite asset including the ability to read and understand project design drawings and other documentation, such as contractor prepared shop drawings.
  • Minimum requirement for Class 5 drivers license.
