Role Overview

  • Liaise with procurement offices and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely submissions.
  • Support sales through proposal compilation, lead generation, client follow‑ups and maintaining the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain tender trackers, manage compliance documentation, and oversee digital/physical filing systems.
  • Source and assess tender opportunities, coordinate internal inputs, compile mandatory documents, and ensure fully compliant submissions.
