Test Automation Engineer (Intermediate - Senior)

What this role involves

You'll design and implement automated test frameworks for complex SaaS platforms, develop and maintain test scripts across web applications and APIs, and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. Working closely with developers and product teams, you'll define test strategies, track defects, ensure high test coverage, and continuously raise the bar on quality and reliability. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced international environment spanning the EU and South Africa — with a clear growth path towards senior QA / SDET positions.

What THE ROLE IS looking for

• 3+ years in test automation, SDET, or QA automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright, and solid knowledge of automated testing frameworks.
• A good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control with Git, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear English communication is essential.
• ISTQB Advanced preferred
