What You'll Do
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our quality assurance process, combining hands‑on technical expertise with strategic problem‑solving. You'll design and develop advanced test solutions, troubleshoot complex assemblies, and mentor junior team members—all while working on products that matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot In‑Circuit Test (ICT) fixtures and functional test solutions
- Conduct comprehensive design‑for‑test reviews and prepare detailed test quotations
- Perform functional testing using established test procedures and develop new procedures as needed
- Execute calibration procedures on customer assemblies with precision and attention to detail
- Diagnose and troubleshoot assemblies that fail testing, identifying root causes and implementing solutions
- Supervise and train test personnel, providing technical guidance and diagnostic support
- Interface directly with customer technical teams to resolve complex test issues and ensure satisfaction
- Conduct testability reviews to optimize product design and manufacturability
- Maintain detailed documentation and analysis of test results and process improvements
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Associate of Science (AS) degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering with extensive electronic test experience, OR 5+ years of hands‑on work experience in product testing, diagnostics, electronic design, and development
- Deep knowledge of analog and digital components, circuits, and circuit analysis
- Advanced proficiency with test equipment including multi‑meters, oscilloscopes, frequency counters, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with telecommunications test equipment
- Demonstrated knowledge and practical application of ISO processes and quality standards
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience with RF (Radio Frequency) test, measurement, and troubleshooting in an electronics manufacturing environment
- Experience with test automation and programming
- Familiarity with aerospace or defense industry standards and requirements
- Leadership or mentoring experience
