About

We are looking for a Test Engineer Regular (Administrator Senior) w/m/d for the DevOps Team in the Eichwesen Group (RIVIT 5).

Responsibilities

• Rollout or development and operation of new software versions/solutions
• Creation of technical documentation for the measurement systems and software architectures of the Eichwesen Group
• Requirements analysis and capture in the area of standards-based software development
• Project and process participation for ICT services (in) the Eichwesen Group

Requirements

Basic Prerequisites:

• Matura (high school diploma) and 5 years of relevant professional experience OR university degree Bachelor/Master and 3 years of relevant professional experience OR other proven qualifications to meet the training requirements of the job.
• Austrian citizenship or unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market
• Very good command of the German language in spoken and written form, as well as good specialized English skills
• No criminal record
• For male applicants: completed military or civil service (no later than 3 months after the application deadline)
• Willingness for continuous further training
• Willingness for security screening

Personal Requirements (equal weighting):

• Organizational talent, commitment, and flexibility
• Problem-solving competence and the ability for analytical and goal-oriented thinking
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and high social competence

Technical Requirements (equal weighting):

• Very good knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language such as Python, C#, or Java and knowledge of at least one system-level programming language such as C, C++.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as GIT, CI/CD pipelines, Docker & Ansible
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases as well as in requirements engineering
• Knowledge of microservices, APIs, and distributed systems
• Basic knowledge of relevant laws (e.g., MEG), regulations, standards (e.g., ISO 17025), and work instructions

Selection Process
