In this position, you will lead our test engineering team in developing and executing test plans for space radar and RF applications.   • Familiarity with board bring‑up and testing techniques
  • Experience in integrating and testing boards within larger systems

  • Work alongside cross‑functional teams to conduct tests on complex systems
  • Oversee planning and execution of all test plans, fixtures, cables, software, and hardware
  • Allocate test engineering resources across various division projects and evaluate future resource needs
  • Partake in project‑level reviews covering schedules, staffing, and budgets, as well as division‑level manpower planning meetings
  • Coordinate with program managers to address resource requirements and resolve staffing conflicts
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition experts to fulfill project staffing needs
  • Anticipate staff training and technology advancement
  • Supervise the team, approving timesheets, conducting performance reviews, recognizing staff contributions, and implementing improvement plans as necessary
  • Mentor staff to enhance their technical skills and domain knowledge
  • Recommend modeling/design tools, equipment purchases, and licensing options
  • Engage in the development and refinement of engineering processes and support quality audits
