Test Lead

About the Role

The candidate should be in the USA and relocate to NJ within 2-3 weeks.

This role involves leading UAT processes, conducting hands-on tests, and coordinating test activities. The ideal candidate will be familiar with automation, have experience handling GxP projects, and be adept at driving business and product vendors to achieve quality outcomes. Familiarity with preclinical processes is essential.

Project Context

The system being developed automates current paper-based processes for conducting preclinical studies, covering areas such as:

• Protocol management
• End of life management for animals
• Analysis
• Pathology (history)
• Report development
• Biostatics work
• Ancillary records (e.g., equipment log, test article)

This is a standalone, SaaS system designed to manage all facility operations. It functions as a GLP system compliant with 21CFR58, including pre- and post-checks on equipment.

User Base

The system will support approximately 50 users from the US (Cincinnati) and QA auditors from BRQC, with electronically archived records.
