Senior QA Analytics Tester

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior QA Analytics Tester to support a digital personalization initiative within a collaborative, Agile delivery banking environment. The ideal candidate brings strong hands‑on QA expertise, experience within financial services, and exposure to analytics and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and document functional testing activities across project‑based initiatives
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support Agile project delivery
• Upload, track, and manage test cases and results using established QA tools
• Ensure quality standards are met across digital and analytics‑driven solutions
• Support defect tracking, reporting, and resolution through Jira and related tools

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, ideally within financial services
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
• Experience with web traffic and behavioral analytics testing (Adobe Analytics)
• Strong project delivery experience, working within Agile teams
• Hands‑on experience with QA tools, specifically HP ALM (HP QC) for uploading and managing functional test results

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Understanding of digital tag management solutions (e.g., Adobe Launch) or java script
• Experience using automation analytics testing tools such as Observe Point
