The focus is on monitoring and optimizing district heating, gas boilers, and heat pumps, as well as hybrid systems.

In this role as Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for the quality assurance of firmware versions. Your main task will be to implement processes and tools for the (semi-)automation of unit and integration tests, perform Hardware-In-The-Loop tests, and coordinate the verification of rollouts at field test sites in collaboration with the Customer Excellence team. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team of developers, product experts, and process professionals where your ideas are valued and you can actively contribute to the energy transition. Requirements

The ideal candidate brings experience in documentation and an overview of test cycles. You should have knowledge of Python and Kotlin and be able to write unit and integration tests. Furthermore, it is important that you enjoy identifying and solving problems. A good eye for the qualitative state of a product is essential. Teamwork is a matter of course for you, and you are happy to help your colleagues with debugging and resolving issues. A completed degree in computer science or a comparable training is desirable, as is practical experience in software quality assurance. You should also have good communication skills to work effectively with various teams.
