Responsibilities
- Planning, control, and leadership of project and test initiatives in the banking environment.
- High goal orientation and assumption of responsibility for results regarding the customer's project goals.
- This requires the development of a sound understanding of business processes, their dependencies, and interrelationships.
- Conception, organization, and preparation of business system, integration, and acceptance tests after solution implementations.
- Coordination, control, accompaniment, and monitoring of all project/test phases and larger teams of varying compositions.
- Monitoring compliance with internal banking and regulatory requirements within the project/test documentation.
- Requirements management in the project and test context.
- Defect management, including controlling the business and technical evaluation and prioritization in coordination with the customer.
- Preparation and analysis of relevant data for audience-appropriate reporting of project and test results for business units, IT, and management committees.
Profile
- At least 5 years of professional and project experience, ideally in the banking environment.
- Experience in test management and/or project management in IT-related project environments.
- Very good methodological knowledge in requirements management, conception, and project management.
- Completed university degree in business administration, business informatics, or comparable.
- Very good German and English skills (minimum C1 level).
