Role Overview
As a Technical Leader at UST, you will be responsible for Threats and Controls Assessment, utilizing your hands‑on experience in threat and vulnerability management within large‑scale or regulated environments. Your role will involve analyzing complex architectures, systems, and networks to identify potential security gaps and implement effective controls. You must be proficient in conducting thorough threat and control assessments across internal, external, and cloud environments, as well as experienced in detecting threats across various IT infrastructure components such as applications, databases, and networks. Additionally, you should possess proficiency in Risk and Control management practices, with the ability to evaluate threats, controls, and vulnerabilities and effectively communicate findings to both technical and business stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include threat modeling, risk assessment, and defining effective controls to enhance security posture, along with working knowledge of risk management frameworks and security assessment methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex architectures, systems, and networks to identify security gaps

- Conduct thorough threat and control assessments across different environments
- Detect threats across various IT infrastructure components
- Evaluate threats, controls, and vulnerabilities
- Communicate findings to technical and business stakeholders
- Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure technical excellence and alignment with project goals
- Manage stakeholders and leverage experience working in international and diverse environments
- Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively within and across teams
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
- Work on continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
- Utilize expertise in network, host, and application security practices
- Work with cloud service providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
- Understand Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and drive process improvement initiatives
- Possess certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or Cloud Security Certifications
- Familiarity with regulatory security requirements across multiple jurisdictions
Qualifications Required
- Hands‑on experience in threat and vulnerability management
