Duties & Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into BPM solutions using Tibco BPM.
• Design, develop, and implement process models, workflows, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Optimize existing BPM applications for performance, usability, and maintainability.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Tibco BPM applications.
• Document processes, configurations, and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and best practices.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Tibco BPM Developer or Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Tibco BPM, Tibco BusinessWorks, and related integration tools.
• Experience with process modeling, workflow automation, and service orchestration.
• Proficiency in Java, XML, SOAP/REST APIs, and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
