Account Executive – Title Insurance
Hybrid (East Brunswick, NJ office / Remote)
Compensation
- Base Salary: $50,000 – $125,000 per year (determined by experience)

About the Role
We are looking for a self‑motivated, results‑driven Account Executive to grow and manage an established book of business in the title‑insurance market. You will deepen relationships with existing agents and attorneys while generating new opportunities, all under the guidance of the Insurance Division Vice President.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & New Business – Identify, qualify, and close new title‑insurance opportunities.
- Relationship Management – Cultivate strong, ongoing partnerships with agents, attorneys, lenders, and customers.
- Collaboration – Work closely with the Insurance Division VP and cross‑functional teams; take direction and provide constructive feedback.
- Customer Service – Deliver prompt, professional support to all stakeholders; resolve inquiries and concerns efficiently.
- Sales Enablement – Present product information, marketing programs, and PowerPoint decks to agents, attorneys, and office staff.
- Reporting & Forecasting – Log daily activity notes in Salesforce, maintain Excel trackers, submit weekly activity reports, and contribute to forecast reviews.
- Meetings & Events – Attend weekly huddles, bi‑weekly Zoom calls, monthly in‑person team meetings, Real‑Estate Mastermind sessions, territory office meetings, and industry events (day & evening as required).
- Market Awareness – Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications

| • Active Title Insurance Producer’s License | • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field |

Requirements
- Proven title sales experience in B2B environment
- Documented established book of business
- Current Title Insurance Producers License
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with agents, attorneys, customers, and clients
- Leverage strong communication and negotiation skills to build robust relationships
- Knowledgeable in using Salesforce software
- Experienced in using Word, Excel, Power Point
- Proficient and skilled in communication by email, text, and telephone
- Ability to effectively manage accounts and prioritize tasks
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential agents, attorneys, and customers
- Work cooperatively with all team members, take direction effectively, and constructively from the Insurance Division Vice President
- Maintain high level of professionalism interacting with the management team, attorneys, lenders, and agents
- Consistently present product information and marketing programs to agents, attorneys, and assigned offices
- Collaborate closely with the Insurance Division Vice President to achieve sales targets
- Provide superior customer service to address all inquiries and concerns from all parties
- Utilize Salesforce and Excel to track sales activities and manage internal and external accounts
- Enter status notes daily on tracking reports for management review and forecast
- Complete and submit weekly activity reports
- Attend weekly huddle calls, bi-weekly Zoom meetings, and monthly in-person team meeting with the Insurance Division Vice President
- Attend Weekly Real Estate Mastermind Zoom meetings
- Prepare PowerPoint presentation slides
- Attend all monthly territory office meetings
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Attend day & evening industry and company events as required
