Your missions, roles, and responsibilities

Missions

• Contribute to the optimization of production equipment performance and the improvement of Maintenance service efficiency.
• Deploy maintenance tools and processes ensuring optimal equipment availability.
• Maintain and evolve preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Participate in the digitalization of the technical service and the exploitation of maintenance data to improve performance.
• Analyze major technical stoppages and define corrective and preventive action plans.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and deploy maintenance standards, methods, and tools.
• Contribute to the definition of technical means, the development of the medium-term maintenance plan, and budget monitoring.
• Propose and support the implementation of technological evolutions adapted to industrial challenges.

Management of teams

• Support and develop the skills of the Maintenance team, particularly in analysis and problem-solving.
• Foster the adoption of performance tools and methods by field teams.
• Lead teams around safety, quality, performance, and continuous improvement objectives.
• Demonstrate proximity leadership to motivate and unite field teams.

Your profile and skills

• Graduated from an engineering school or equivalent university education, with a specialization in industrial engineering, mechanical, production, or processes.
• Significant experience (minimum 2 to 5 years) in a demanding industrial environment, ideally in the automotive sector or a sector with strong quality/cost/time constraints.
• Solid industrial culture and understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, and production flows.
• Proficiency in French and professional English.
