Role & responsibilities
- Manage design, build, repair, and refurbishment of all production tooling, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance.
- Supervise, train, and guide tooling engineers, technicians, and support staff.
- Troubleshoot tooling issues, support new product launches, and maintain tooling to meet production targets.
- Monitor outsourced work.
- Develop tooling strategy, implement continuous improvement, and manage tooling budgets and costs.
- Maintain tooling records, drawings, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

- BE / B. Tech (Mechanical)
- Experience: 10+ Years
