The Bermark Incoming GmbH is the renowned Incoming & DMC agency in the heart of Berlin since 2012. We look after our national and international tour operators & companies for tourist services in the entire German-speaking area. Our focus is on cultural, group & incentive travel. In addition, we offer cruise and ground handling services for shipping companies and tour operators on all navigable rivers and high seas ports in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Your tasks

• Independent program planning, conception & organization
• Complete implementation of your group trips from purchasing, calculation, planning, offer creation to realization
• Creation of offers, confirmations, travel documents, invoices and administration of the trips
• Processing & support of your groups & events on site (as needed)
• Negotiation and direct contact with all service providers and suppliers (hotels, concert agencies, bus companies, restaurants, etc.)
• Research for new inquiries and destinations as well as negotiations with new suppliers
• Development of new trips and programs, contribute your own ideas and be creative
• Presence at national and international trade fairs (e.g.: GTM, ITB, WTM)

Your desirable qualifications & competencies

• Completed vocational training or studies with a focus on tourism, business administration or marketing
• Open attitude for a dynamic team
• Impeccable English and German language skills, both written and spoken, other foreign languages are an advantage
• Knowledge & experience in group and incoming business desirable
• Knowledge in the leisure & incentive sector desirable
• Very good organizational skills
• Perfection & precision as your own claim for your tasks
• Impeccable use of Office 365
• Independent, conscientious and structured way of working
