This role focuses on third-party trade expense invoice processing, reconciliations, reporting, and resolving business queries within a Capital Markets environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong accounting fundamentals, reconciliation experience, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced financial operations environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process third-party trade expense invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Validate, reconcile, and manage incoming invoices and payment activities
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment-related issues
  • Perform journal entries and support payment processing operations
  • Conduct cost analysis and prepare expense-related reports
  • Maintain operational documentation and process workflows
  • Respond to business queries and support internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth expense management processes
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal controls and procedures

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Capital Markets, Banking, or Financial Services
  • Experience with invoice processing, reconciliations, and journal entries
  • Strong understanding of accounting concepts and financial operations
  • Experience handling payment processing and discrepancy resolution
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Macros
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Knowledge of global third-party trade execution services
  • Exposure to brokers, exchanges, custodians, clearing, and settlement processes
  • Understanding of Capital Markets operations and trade lifecycle concepts
