Responsibilities

  • Own the development and delivery of channel‑specific activation plans, pricing and trade term strategies alongside brand‑building initiatives that maximize market share, profitability and visibility.
  • Combine analytical approach with marketing creativity to ensure excellence in execution across traditional trade, modern trade and e‑commerce while fostering strong partnerships with distributors, retailers and internal cross‑functional teams.

Your Main Focus

Design and implement tailored activation strategies

  • Develop channel‑specific activation plans consistent with brand guidelines and consumer insights.
  • Customize promotions, campaigns and offers for traditional, modern trade and e‑commerce channels.
  • Coordinate shopper marketing initiatives to drive consumer engagement and sell‑out growth.

Develop and manage annual business plans

  • Build detailed business plans per customer and distributor for each market.
  • Align plans with sales targets, pricing strategies and trade terms to maximize revenue.
  • Monitor performance regularly and adjust plans based on market feedback and sales data.

Analyze market and sales data to inform decisions

  • Lead regular analysis of sell‑in and sell‑out data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Utilize shopper insights and category analysis to refine trade marketing approaches.
  • Evaluate ROI of campaigns and optimize budget allocation for maximum impact.

Collaborate across teams and markets

  • Work closely with sales, brand and market managers to translate brand strategies into effective customer‑facing actions.
  • Support the launch of new products and innovation by integrating trade marketing plans.
  • Share best practices and lessons learned across Coty’s global and local teams.

Ensure flawless execution in‑store and at distributor level

  • Oversee planogram compliance, visual merchandising standards and wall‑unit management.
  • Monitor distributor activation calendars to guarantee timely and high‑quality campaign rollouts.
  • Engage with key retailers to implement brand plans and shopper marketing activities effectively.
