Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of sales campaigns by engaging with new and existing customers
• Assist senior account managers in managing client relationships and expectations
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to team sales targets
• Represent clients and their brands professionally across all customer interactions
• Track campaign performance and provide feedback to the wider team
• Develop a thorough understanding of client products, services, and goals
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and briefings to support your ongoing development
