This trainee position is aimed at career starters and career changers who see their professional future in Customer Success.

Your workplace is in the beautiful Bismarckviertel in Augsburg – with up to 60% remote share if desired.

Your workday at PEIQ

Training & Development

  • Structured 12-month trainee program with clear learning objectives
  • Intensive mentoring by your supervisor and experienced Customer Success Managers
  • Individual onboarding and learning stations with training videos, exercises, and supervised work in 2nd-level support
  • Gradual build-up of your area of responsibility – from initial tasks to your own customer projects

Customer Support

  • Getting to know customer support
  • Support in building long-term customer relationships
  • Identifying challenges and developing initial solution proposals
  • Support in measures to increase satisfaction and product usage

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Contributing to passing on feedback to Development, Application Engineering, and Product Management
  • Support in release communication, e.g., newsletters and knowledge base

Analysis & Optimization

  • Introduction to customer data analysis
  • Initial derivation of recommendations for action

What you bring with you

Professional Qualifications

  • Completed apprenticeship or degree (field of study is secondary)
  • First experiences in IT, media, project management, customer support, or support are helpful, but not a prerequisite
  • Interest in software products and digital processes
  • Very good written and spoken German (min. C1 level)
