Role
The trainee program is aimed at part-time students or graduates. The internship marks the start of an ambitious and successful career in consulting and/or recruiting. The goal of the traineeship is to acquire specialized technical knowledge and to qualify for permanent employment as a Junior Consultant Account Management. We are explicitly addressing people with a degree related to business administration. It is a hub function between assistance / administration and independent handling of tasks in the areas of recruiting and corporate consulting.
Qualifications
- Degree from higher education or close to completion (workload of 80% or more)
- Enthusiasm for a tech startup with high expectations and ambitions
- High motivation, commitment, and will to perform
- Communicative, responsible, open personality, loyal
- Quick comprehension and analytical thinking skills
- Independent working style as well as team spirit
Responsibilities
- Acquisition of specialized knowledge
- Recording and publishing vacancies according to specifications and campaigns in the business unit
- Implementation of recruitment measures (e.g. active sourcing / direct approach)
- Creation and checking of digital candidate profiles according to internal guidelines
- Conducting interviews with potential candidates
- Support in customer service
- Participation in projects in the areas of improvements, process optimization, social media campaigns, etc.
