About

As a freelance trainer for WBS TRAINING, you are responsible for the learning success and motivation of our participants. In your role as a trainer, you see yourself as a coach who supports participants in their individual learning processes using the flipped classroom model.

Responsibilities

• You promote active engagement with the learning content and its practical application.
• You encourage the group to exchange ideas about what has been learned in innovative formats.
• You motivate participants and ensure a good learning and working atmosphere.
• You support the individual processing of tasks within the scope of portfolio work.
• You assist with product evaluation.
• You teach from home.
• You have very good knowledge of the language of instruction, German (C2 level).

Qualifications

You treat all your fellow human beings as equals and have several years of professional experience in the field of Digital Learning Development (2 years+). Modern technology-based further education, paired with the skills of modern teaching and empathetic learning support, are your métier. Your profile is characterized by:

• University degree / training in pedagogy or adult education / media or communication design or a comparable qualification.
• Extensive knowledge in the areas of e-learning and instructional design (Please attach a portfolio of your most important work samples in the area of e-learning development).
• Confident use of at least one of the following tools: Articulate 360 AI (Rise or Storyline), Canva Pro, Genial.ly, Moodle, and their practical application.
• Experience with generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT) to support the conception and creation of learning materials.
• Experience in the conception of learning settings as well as experience in image design and learning video production.
• Confidence in media law and user experience.
• Several years of professional experience as an online trainer in adult education with a comprehensive toolkit in methodology and didactics.
• Application of innovative methods to activate learners.
• New Work attitude and a thirst for trying out new learning technologies.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
