Responsibilities

• Take charge of training management in Biel (in German and French) from registration to closing, including invoicing and room logistics.
• Act as a central point of contact, accompanying participants and trainers in French-speaking Switzerland and ensuring the smooth running of courses.
• Manage the learning platform from A to Z and coordinate the translation of course materials.
• Support the Biel site in its activities and ensure the fluidity of daily processes.
• Provide support to the marketing team in the planning and implementation of activities in French-speaking Switzerland.

Qualifications

• Completed initial commercial training or further education with professional experience in the field.
• Motivated, autonomous person with a great sense of responsibility.
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to provide occasional assistance during events organized in French-speaking Switzerland.
• Place great importance on contact with various stakeholders and have a keen sense of service.
• Express yourself with ease in German and French.
