We’re looking for an experienced Training Implementation & Support Manager to join our team at BEE123, a leader in transformation and compliance solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Development
    • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing training, implementation, and support team
    • Set clear goals and performance standards
    • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus
  • System Implementation
    • Oversee end‑to‑end client implementations
    • Align with internal teams across Sales, Product, and Operations
    • Manage timelines, risks, and delivery milestones
  • Training Strategy & Delivery
    • Design and execute a scalable training strategy
    • Oversee the development of training materials and content
    • Ensure engaging, effective delivery across client segments
    • Tailor programmes to meet client‑specific needs
  • Customer Support & Experience
    • Lead the support function to ensure timely, high‑quality issue resolution
    • Track client feedback and satisfaction
    • Continuously improve the user experience and system adoption
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Product to share client insights, feature requests, and issues
    • Work closely with Client Success and Account Management to drive retention
  • Project & Resource Management
    • Oversee planning, prioritisation, and resource allocation
    • Balance multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Education, or similar
  • 7–10 years’ experience in software training, implementation, and support
  • At least 3 years in a senior leadership role
  • Strong understanding of SaaS environments and client onboarding
  • Experience in change management and adult learning principles
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and driving execution
